Esquire magazine reinstated the eclectic 'salon' party last night at Malaysian restaurant Suka in London's Sanderson Hotel, all in honour of their July cover-star, the Oscar-nominated rising actor Casey Affleck. Man of the hour Casey was joined by big brother Ben, delectable actresses Rosamund Pike, Gillian Anderson and star of the imminent Brideshead Revisited remake, Hayley Atwell.
